Tinkies Cupcake Recipe

I found this delicious yet easy recipe while rummaging through the countless recipes I have saved on an old Blackberry. It’s easy to prepare and will yield over 50 cuppies! Perfect for when you need to bake cupcakes for a cake sale or a birthday party.

125 grams butter
1 cup oil
2 cups castor sugar
6 eggs – room temperature
2 tsps vanilla essence
2 cups milk
6 tsps baking powder
3 and 1/2 cups flour

Beat butter, oil and sugar until fluffy. Add in the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in the milk and vanilla essence. Lastly fold in the flour and baking powder to make a thick cake batter. Spoon a tablespoon full into each cuppie and bake at 180 for 10-12 mins.

Cool and decorate as desired.
